Easton Hospital (Pennsylvania) agreed to a $325,000 settlement with the government. There was no admission of liability. It was alleged that Easton misrepresented diagnoses in order to justify inpatient admissions. The government believed the procedures should have been performed as outpatient services. The alleged violations occurred between 2008 and 2014.
